A megbízó bemutatása / Our Client:
Our client is the Hungarian affiliate of an international service provider group who delivers high value and customer-centric solutions to their partners. Their Budapest office is employing approx. 100 people and seeking an experienced leader for the management of finance, controlling and accounting.
Feladatok / Responsibilities:
- In charge of financial and accounting matters
- Working closely with the shared service centre
- Providing high quality reporting
- Controlling, budgeting, cash flow forecasts and other analysis
- Taking part in financing initiatives
- Ensuring compliance
- Participating in design and implementation of IT systems and control functions
- Improving the existing finance processes
- Representing the company at authorities, banks and auditors etc.
Elvárások / Requirements:
- Several years of relevant experience in a multinational environment
- Finance/Economics degree and other certifications (e.g. ACCA)
- Proven track record in designing and implementing systems, processes and control functions providing critical financial and operational information
- Strong business understanding and organizing skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Fast and adaptable person with analytical mind and solution orientation
- Very good English and Hungarian skills
