Our client is the Hungarian affiliate of a multinational company group. Their local manufacturing plant is situated in Jász-Nagykun-Szolnok County, in the Jászberény area, and employing approx. 100 people.
Feladatok / Responsibilities:
- Recruitment
- Dealing with compensation and benefits
- Administration
- Overseeing HR management functions
- Implementing HR policies
- Ensuring compliance with company regulations
- Working closely with the management
Elvárások / Requirements:
- Some years experience gained in the field of HR, preferably in a complex role
- Relevant education
- Fluent Hungarian and good English skills
- Up-to-date knowledge about the Hungarian labour law and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
