A megbízó bemutatása / Our Client:
Our client is the Hungarian subsidiary of a company group selling a wide range of premium technical products and services to industrial customers in the fields of Automatization, Pneumatics and Robotics. Currently they are seeking a new employee for their Budapest office.
Feladatok / Responsibilities:
- Setting up the sales and marketing strategy and improving sales processes
- Managing a team of 9 including the Sales Representatives and the sales support staff (technical consultants, back office)
- Visiting customers with the sales reps
- Budgeting
- Motivating and evaluating subordinates
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent
- Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
- Keeping contact with the HQ and with the Managing Director
Elvárások / Requirements:
- Several years of experience in B2B sales of technical products/services to industrial companies
- Very good leadership, organising and interpersonal skills
- Strong goal- and customer orientation
- Excellent business skills combined with technical understanding
- Native Hungarian and good English skills (verbal and written)
- College/University degree (studies in electrical engineering can be an asset)
