Sales Manager - Automatization, Robotics, Pneumatics
A megbízó bemutatása / Our Client:

Our client is the Hungarian subsidiary of a company group selling a wide range of premium technical products and services to industrial customers in the fields of Automatization, Pneumatics and Robotics. Currently they are seeking a new employee for their Budapest office.

Feladatok / Responsibilities:
  •     Setting up the sales and marketing strategy and improving sales processes
  •     Managing a team of 9 including the Sales Representatives and the sales support staff (technical consultants, back office)
  •     Visiting customers with the sales reps
  •     Budgeting
  •     Motivating and evaluating subordinates
  •     Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
  •     Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent
  •     Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
  •     Keeping contact with the HQ and with the Managing Director
Elvárások / Requirements:
  •     Several years of experience in B2B sales of technical products/services to industrial companies
  •     Very good leadership, organising and interpersonal skills
  •     Strong goal- and customer orientation
  •     Excellent business skills combined with technical understanding
  •     Native Hungarian and good English skills (verbal and written)
  •     College/University degree (studies in electrical engineering can be an asset)
